How much time will it take?

The 7 modules and their lessons in the self-paced course take several hours to consume, but can be watched when it is convenient for you. Each module is broken down into small chunks, video lessons that average anywhere from 10-20 minutes each. You can take breaks whenever you need to, allowing you to progress at your own pace. You can go back and review any of the modules or lessons at any time to reaffirm your understanding or to refresh your memory as you put the material into practice.

How do I access the recordings & materials?

Once you have enrolled in the Metabolic Foundations Program, you will receive direct access to the modules, plus a follow-up email with your chosen login credentials. You will also receive a welcome box filled with a number of items to assist you during your program. The Welcome Box will be shipped the following Monday, and should arrive within a few days thereafter.

How much weight will I lose?

The amount of weight loss will vary from person to person. Those with more weight and inflammation will lose it faster. The first 10lbs is often the easiest, and the last 10lbs is often the hardest. Everything in between will depend on compliance and efforts that you put forth. This program is designed to gently and safely lower your weight. The average person loses between 18-35 pounds in 8-10 weeks!

What will I be eating?

During the program, you will be eating a nutrient-dense, hypoallergenic, and anti-inflammatory diet. You will have an unlimited intake of certain foods (veggies and greens) with a balanced intake of lean protein, starches, and fruit. You will have over 100 recipes to choose from and lots of new foods to nourish your body!

What if I am on medication?

If you are on medication you can still participate as our registered nurse will evaluate your case to be sure that there are no contraindications. Those on blood pressure and diabetes medications will need to carefully monitor their levels since many patients experience complete normalization of their blood sugar and pressure levels. For those who are diabetic, we suggest purchasing a continuous blood glucose monitor to track their numbers.

Why do you suggest no/little exercise?

This is a question that comes up often. The basis of our program is to reset your nervous system to a state of healing and repair. Most exercise programs are far too demanding and create more of an imbalance. During the first phase of the program, you will be able to engage in yoga, walking, rebounding, and sauna use.

Are the results permanent?

We designed this program to have permanent results. The results will correspond with your adherence to a healthy lifestyle. Since "healthy" is multifaceted, it's important to follow the upgraded lifestyle for a lifetime. It's not about perfection, it's about the pursuit of your best self. If you are strictly doing this program to look good, this is not the program for you. This program is for those that are willing to do good so they can feel good and then look good!

What happens when the 10-weeks are finished?

If you have more weight to lose, you may repeat the program as many times as you like. Simply pay for the products you need. You will have lifetime access to the community & online course. How soon can I start?

How much time will it take?

This is an 8-week program though most participants start to see results in the first few weeks. This program is structured with daily tasks and education right in our PIH Wellness app. For the first 2 weeks we will meet twice per week and then once per week for the last 6 weeks. You can go back and review any of the content in the app at any time to reaffirm your understanding or to refresh your memory as you put the material into practice.

Based on feedback from past participants, live participation is key to the program – because when people show up for themselves, live, the results will show. In our experience, the group meetings are the most powerful things you get… therefore people really show up for the live sessions.*
